1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProResume AI website and software platform (the "Service") operated by Aeloria Career Services ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProResume AI is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides tools for creating, editing, and exporting professional resumes. The Service includes AI-powered writing assistance, resume templates, ATS optimization features, and PDF export functionality. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use via our contact form.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Plan: Provides limited access with 20 AI credits at no cost.

Starter Plan: $8.00 USD per month. Includes 50 AI credits monthly, 7 templates, and 10 PDF exports.

Pro Plan: $15.00 USD per month. Includes 200 AI credits monthly, 12 premium templates, unlimited PDF exports, and advanced AI features.

Business Plan: $20.00 USD per month. Includes unlimited AI credits, all templates, team features, and LinkedIn optimization.

AI Credit Packs: One-time purchases of 25 ($4.99), 100 ($14.99), or 500 ($19.99) credits. Credits do not expire.

Enterprise Plan: Volume pricing from $20/month for teams and organizations. Contact us via the contact form for details.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by submitting a request through our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fees apply.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading information in resumes; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; (f) use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, templates, software, and AI models, is owned by Aeloria Career Services and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create (your resume data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in job interviews or employment. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeloria Career Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
