14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase a Pro subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or upgrade to a paid plan. No questions asked.
This guarantee applies to:
- First-time Pro subscriptions
- Upgrades from Free to Pro
- Annual Pro subscriptions (if offered)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us via one of the following methods:
- Use our contact form with subject line "Refund Request"
- Contact form — select "Refund Request" as the subject
Please include the email address associated with your account. We process refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Go to your account settings and click "Cancel Subscription," or
- Submit a request via our contact form
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- No cancellation fees apply
- Your account reverts to the Free plan after the paid period ends
What Is Not Refundable
- Subscription fees for billing periods that ended more than 14 days ago
- Partial-month refunds after the 14-day guarantee period (cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period)
- Enterprise plans with custom contracts (governed by individual agreements)
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Free Plan
The Free plan is provided at no cost and does not involve any charges. No refund applies as no payment is made.
